Total genius! Got any extra plastic skirt or pants hangers in your closet? You know, the kinds they let you keep when you buy clothes from JCPenney, or Walmart....don't trash 'em. Saw off the ends, and voila! You've got yourself two dandy chip clips! So simple, so useful, so brilliant. Love it!
