I wish I had the time and/or patience to make these grand pancake creations. Maybe someday when my kids are all grown and I have nothing BUT time I will create amazing breakfasts like this for my hubby and I to enjoy while we sit on the porch in our rocking chairs.
Until then, I will go to www.JimsPancakes.com and admire his amazing creations. Seriously, this dude has mad skills with the pancake batter. You must check him out. Especially the 3D ones - like the T-Rex (seriously!). Way to (flippin') go, Jim!
