What a clever (and cheap) homemade birthday gift! Grab a cute box and a bag (or two) of Tootsie Pop suckers from Dollar Tree, cut out styrofoam for the inside, stick in the suckers, add cute card or graphics and you've made a cute and clever birthday present for your bestie.
