Such a sweet little (simple) surprise. Cut all the crust off your bread, so it's a nice pretty square. Grab a cookie cutter and cut out a shape in the center of the top slice. Spread jam, peanut butter, nutella - whatever your child fancies - on the bottom slice. Put the stenciled slice on top, add sprinkles to fill in. I'd push them down just a little bit so they're "stuck" in the spread and won't jiggle all over the place. Beautiful!
