This display-ready collector's edition binder includes two pieces of classic sports memorabilia commemorating Jackie Robinson, the Brooklyn Dodgers' beloved Hall of Fame second base baseman and the courageous Civil Rights icon who broke baseball's color barrier.
Tucked in the binder’s right leaf is a 23-karat gold souvenir slip, framing a replica 30 dollar stamp with Robinson’s likeness from the islands of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Embossed on the gold slip are relief depictions of Brooklyn’s Ebbet’s Field, the MLB logo, Robinson in various positions of game play, and his retired number 42. Issued for the 50th anniversary of his breaking the color barrier.
