Pizza Casserole

ForMamas.blogspot.com has a great (and super easy) recipe for Pizza Casserole, that I'd like to share with all of you.  I'm thinking of trying this on Friday night, instead of our usual take-out pizza.  Add some fresh garlic bread, and I'm betting I'll have some happy boys in my house.  And that makes for a happy Mommy.  Thanks to ForMamas.blogspot.com for sharing your awesome recipe!
Ingredients
1 Bag of Egg Noodles
1 extra large can of Ragu sauce (or whatever sauce you prefer)
3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 package sliced pepperoni

Brown the meat and drain.  Boil the egg noodles and drain.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Layer the following in a greased 13" x 9" pan:
Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom
Add half the egg noodles
Half of the meat
Half of the sauce
Rest of the noodles
Half of the cheese
Rest of the meat
Rest of the sauce
Rest of the cheese
Pepperoni slices arranged on top

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.  After 30 minutes remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.  Remove from the oven and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to settle.  If you don't let it sit, it gets very messy!  Enjoy!
