According to this article on CNN.com, peanut butter prices are expected to soar next month.  Kraft is expected to raise the price of it's Planter's brand peanut butter by 40% starting October 31st - following the worst peanut growing season harvesters have seen in years.  NOW is the time to stock up.  Albertson's has Planter's peanut butter (16.3 oz) on sale for just $0.99 each when you buy 2 with in-store manufacturer's coupon.  So even if you are not a couponer, you can take advantage of this deal.  They have coupons in-store for you!  I don't know about you, but I make a LOT of PB&J sandwiches for lunch, and I can't afford a 40% price increase on this staple!
