I have not tried this yet, but I'm wishing I would have had some bubble juice last night to test it out at the Berkner High School football game. What fun! Apparently you can activate a glow stick, break it open, and add it to bubble juice to get glowing bubbles. If this does indeed work - how awesome is THAT!? If you get a chance to test it out before me, lemme know if it works!
