Broken Crayon Monogram Art

Whether you do this project with a brand new box of crayons or you use up the broken bits from the bottom of your art supply collection, a broken crayon monogram makes a cute piece of wall art.  Using a simple tutorial by Lisa at Rainy Tuesday Mornings, you can make a fabulous framed initial that makes a great teacher gift or a decoration for a child's bedroom.  You can use a full spectrum of colors for a playful look, or get a more refined effect by selecting crayons in specific shades.  Click here for a full tutorial!
Project estimate:
  • Picture frame, $1 and up
  • Paper, on hand
  • Crayons, on hand or $1
  • Glue, on hand
