What a great way to welcome your kiddos home from school on the LAST DAY before Summer Vacation! Family Fun magazine has this (and LOTS of other) great ideas on their website. They suggest hanging this fun banner that your kids can CRASH THRU when they get home. Sounds like fun to me!
