My husband makes THE best mashed potatoes. Hands down. I always request he make a big ol' batch so that I have plenty of leftovers the next day. I fry 'em in butter and slather 'em with salt & pepper. Super-healthy, I'm sure! I blame my Mom - these are a throwback from my childhood.
