This one is super-easy - just a plain PB&J sammy with some detail work. Just use a Christmas tree cookie cutter to cut out an insert on the top piece of bread. Add a few M&M's for ornaments, and you're done. SO CUTE - this one will help your kids get in the holiday spirit!
Again, this one's fairly simple. Another reminder that your cookie cutters are NOT just for cookies. Use 'em to make your sandwiches ADORABLE. If you don't have cute holiday cookie cutters, this year is the time to pick 'em up after the holidays for a steal, then enjoy 'em next year. Some M&M's and a fruit roll-up complete the look. Don't have google eyes? You can get 'em at Michael's, or just use M&M's. Get creative - trust me, your kid will be thrilled, not sitting there goin' "Why didn't she use real googly eyes for this?!?!" I LOVE the Peep snowmen - Zach love all things Peep and would gobble these up. Note to self: Look for Peep Snowmen next time you're at Target! :)
I don't know why, but this one CRACKS ME UP. I think it's the meat. Anyway - this is basically an open faced sandwich. Cut your meat into the shape of a reindeer, I'm thinking of using a cherry tomato for the nose, and pretzels for his antlers. Cheese is the eye ball. This is actually easier than it looks. You can do it. And your children will thank you for it. (OK, maybe they won't thank you - but they will eat their lunch).
