Reminder - Let The Buyer Beware!

Some of you may recall I did a little.....ummm....shall we say "venting" about the daily deal site Savemore.com back on December 9th of last year.  You can refresh your memory on that post HERE.  Since my issues with that company, I have not purchased another deal from them.  I HAVE continued to follow the trials and tribulations of OTHERS who have purchased from them - their facebook page is filled with disgruntled consumers.  I will leave it to you to decide whether or not this is a company you wish to do business with.  But I did come across THIS ARTICLE from the Dallas Better Business Bureau that now ranks this company as an "F".  There are TONS of GREAT, reputable Daily Deal Sites out there.....Groupon, Plum District and Living Social (to name a few).  I buy Daily Deals ALL THE TIME, and almost never have a problem (Savemore.com was the exception).   I will continue to post Daily Deals on this blog from companies that I have done business with, and have found to be reputable.  But let this just serve as a gentle reminder that you, as a buyer, should beware of any and all purchases you make.  If it seems too good to be true, it likely is.
