Green Giant Seasoned Steamers Product Review/Giveaway

Being a blogger sometimes has a few perks.  One of them being that sometimes companies send you their product for free, for you to review for your readers.  Pretty cool, I must admit.  I was recently provided an awesome care package from MyBlogSpark FILLED with Green Giant Seasoned Steamer products/goodies.  

Just look at all those goodies!   We wasted no time testing everything out.

As a busy Mom, I have come to depend on the fancy new bags of veggies you just throw in the microwave and they steam-cook.  It doesn't get much easier than that!  I am blessed with boys who love veggies - they even like the odd stuff like radishes, and broccoli!  

So I knew that getting them to eat these veggies would not be an issue, but I thought that this would be an opportunity for them to actually help me PREPARE the veggies.  That's right - AJ was all too happy to don the apron and whip up a side dish for dinner.  

He was certainly up for the job, and even commented that dinner tastes better when you actually prepare it yourself - not sure if he was slamming my cooking skills or not!  :)  We all enjoyed the Roasted Corn dish except for Zach - but to be honest, he is a uber-picky eater.  So his complaints really didn't surprise me.  The honey sauce was very subtle, and the corn was very tasty.  We'd eat it again for sure.
