I must admit, I have made these before and they are DELISH! Oh, yeah, the kids liked 'em too. :) Head to Baking Bites to get the recipe for these PB & J Muffins. They combine two of my favorite flavors - you can swap out the jam to whatever type you like. I like to use Peter Pan Honey Peanut Butter, for just a little extra flavor! You will LOVE these.
