$50 For Two Tickets To Tomato Battle

OK, I must be living under a rock because I had NO idea something like this goes on in our backyard!  Today on Entertainment.com, $50 gets you two tickets to The Tomato Battle - that's half price. The Tomato Battle is a one-day festival of bands, beer, a costume contest, and an epic melee featuring thousands of participants throwing, smashing, heaving, tossing and generally wreaking havoc with 300,000 pounds of tomatoes (thats 150 tons of juicy ammunition). Wear clothes you dont mind getting dirty, and swim goggles or a facemask are highly recommended.  The whole she-bang will take place September 8, 2012 at State Fair Park.  I gotta say, this looks pretty interesting!  Head HERE for details.
