Parmesan Baked Potato Halves

 
Who wants to volunteer to come over and cook me up some of these for lunch?  (Don't all raise your hands at once, now!)  These Parmesan Baked Potato Halves look so delish.  I would substitute the Sour Cream for Ranch dippin' sauce, though (It's a Texas thing).  Head to Favorite Family Recipes for....well, the recipe.
