I talked to the manager ('cuz I wasn't sure if these could be used with the manufacturer coupon - the wording was a little weird), and was able to STACK the $3 manufacturer and the $2 Target coupons on the bag. So I got 8 lb. bags of World's Best Cat Litter for just $2.99 a bag. AWESOME price for this brand!
