Have you got your green on? Happy St. Patrick's Day to ya! We are sportin' our green and looking for a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. We didn't find any gold, but we did discover this yummy recipe from The Rookie Wife to satisfy our sweet tooth! She's posted the recipe for these Creme De Menthe Cookies on her blog. I have a real nostalgic link to Ande's Creme De Menthe candies. My grandma Neumann used to have 'em around her house all the time, and we'd steal 'em all whenever we went to visit!
