Halloween is fast-approaching! This is a fresh take on my standard, boring, Target Halloween t-shirt that I wear every year (much to the chagrin of my kids). I just might have to mix it up a little bit this year! Simply sort thru your closet and pull out an old tank. Cut a few well-placed holes in it, then layer it on top of a different colored tee.
