Looking for a fun (and delicious) way to show your patriotism? I LOVE this Pizza Flag recipe from Clare Crespo over on the Country Crock website. This looks really tasty, and is something my kids can help make. We'll probably substitute pepperoni for the tomato slices - but I like the idea of using mozzarella slices. I'm wondering if cheese sticks would work too (maybe cut in half)? We'll be trying this one! Instead of spinach (yuk!), we'll probably substitute pesto. You can make it your own!
