How cute would it be for Thanksgiving to do PERSONAL apple pies instead of the traditional one? Little Bit Funky has a great recipe and complete tutorial with pics along the way - don't you just love that? I have to add a little disclaimer here, and just fess up that I do ABSOLUTELY NO cooking on Thanksgiving. None. Nope, we don't go to a restaurant. We don't order one of those complete meals from some grocery store. Wait for it.......my HUSBAND does every single bit of the cooking. From turkey, to made-from-scratch pie and homemade yeast rolls. No joke. Yes, I am COMPLETELY spoiled. And yes, I am completely thankful. :D
