FREE Kids' Haircuts Every Sunday At JCPenney - Starting In November

Remember the awesome FREE Haircuts Throughout August deal that JCPenney had?  It was so popular that they gave out 1.6 MILLION free haircuts.  That's a LOT of hair!  In fact, it was such a popular promotion for them that they've decided to keep it up.  So starting in November, kids in kindergarten thru 6th grade can get FREE Haircuts every Sunday.  Just call your local JCPenney Salon to book an appointment.  How great is that?!?!
