Monterey Chicken - YES, Please!

Chicken breasts are a staple in our house.  But I get stuck in the same ol' rut makin' the same ol' recipes.  Believe it or not I've never made Monterey Chicken, but this looks sooooo tasty I'll be trying it tonight.
