We have already scheduled our appointment, what about you?! JCPenney has announced that for the entire month of August they will be giving FREE kids haircuts to all K-6th grade kiddos in their JCPenney Salons. I just confirmed this at the Collin Creek Mall. I would highly suggest calling ahead of time to book an appointment. The Collin Creek JCPenney Salon said they are having a BIG kickoff event on August 1st and giving goodies & prizes to the kids.
