I haven't shared lunch ideas with you in a while, so I thought it was time to send some inspiration your way. We are rapidly nearing the end of another school year, and I've packed waaaaaay too many lunches. It's gettin' real old. Time for some new ideas. Come Friday of next week, THIS is what my two little guys will be having for lunch. This cute little gem is called "Thank God It's Fry-Day" (get it?!), courtesy of Bent On Better Lunches. This is such a fresh take on the traditional sandwich, and clever too! Simply cut up a bunch of various lunch meats and cheeses and stuff 'em in a pita pocket to look like fries. LOVE IT!
