AJ learned how to finger knit in art class. After school pickup that day, he was INSPIRED and we HAD to make a run to Michael's for yarn - all types of colors! He spent a good deal of time over the winter break knitting lovely scarves as gifts for his friends and family. He spent even more time teaching each of us how to finger knit. It's such fun, and the best part is that the kiddos can really see their progress QUICKLY. I looked around and found this wonderful tutorial on finger knitting at Flax & Twine. Anne will show you EXACTLY how to finger knit, with LOTS of step-by-step photos (AWESOME!). Give it a shot next time you're feeling crafty!
