Just to inspire you, I had already gone earlier in the week and got a pack of these. Here's what I did with them for dessert last night:
Granted, this is not the best picture, but it wasn't easy to snap a shot before the boys gobbled 'em all up! I just cooked the Valentine Friends Sugar Cookies, then made sandwiches out of them by filling 'em with Betty Crocker Cookie Creme (Vanilla or Chocolate Creme Cookie Filling - I got mine for 50% off at Tom Thumb two weeks ago), then added some sprinkles to the edges. Easy, peasy, and really tasty stuff!
