Well here is a SUPER thrift way to get it! Housewares Deals has a Mellanco Bronze Set of 5 for just $15 (down from $50). If I'm counting correctly, the heart above has 36 frames. I would say you could probably get away with buying 7 sets of these frames (as this set is various sizes, not all the same size). This is an inexpensive way to create this stunning wall.
