I have made these lovely Stained Glass Cookies many times, and can personally attest to just how yummy and beautiful they are. The inside is melted Jolly Rancher candies. I made these for Zach's kindergarten class last year and they were RIDICULOUSLY popular. Head to Disney's Family Fun website for the recipe. They look like they are a pain in the neck to make, but it's actually pretty easy!
