These are the perfect little stir sticks for hot cocoa! Icing Designs came up with this cutie patootie idea. It's a marshmallow, dipped in melted white chocolate, rolled in coarse sugar, with a peppermint stick stuck in it. I believe I saw these little peppermint sticks at Walmart super cheap! Love it!
